How PIBU LTD handles data submitted through project enquiries and the manufacturers' exchange.

What we collect and why
Project enquiries contain the contact and project details you provide, plus any uploaded reference document. Safety-assessment enquiries also include the company registration country, declared client status and the number of products or formulas. We use them to respond, evaluate a project and prepare an offer. Membership applications contain your company identity, contact details, manufacturing description and optional proof document. Approved-member listings contain material details and business contact information.
Access and authentication
Manufacturer accounts use a username and password. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. The administrator verifies and approves each company before granting access. Application documents are visible to their uploader and administrators. Raw-material and packaging listings, their documents, photographs and contact details are available only to approved members and administrators.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiries to take requested steps before a contract and manage business correspondence. Membership data is used to provide the requested platform service. Security records support access protection. Unconverted enquiries and rejected applications are reviewed for deletion after 12 months; active membership data is retained while the account is active and reviewed after closure, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
Service providers and your rights
The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting, database and document storage. These providers process data necessary for the service under their applicable terms and safeguards. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to relevant processing by emailing info@omexya.com, and lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
Cookies
Only authentication and essential service functions are used. This version does not include advertising or analytics trackers.
