Membership

Membership is for cosmetic product manufacturers. Provide accurate company information and submit an application. The administrator may request evidence, approve, reject or suspend access. A signed-in account alone does not grant access to material information.

Listing requirements

Publish only materials you are authorised to offer. State their correct name, INCI, lot, quantity, expiry or retest date, location, storage and whether the original packaging has been opened. Attach a PDF SDS/MSDS and batch CoA for each raw material. Packaging listings require at least one PNG/JPEG photograph and material, capacity, dimensions, colour and closure specifications. Do not publish confidential information you are not authorised to share.

Direct agreements

The platform facilitates professional introductions. Sale, exchange, donation, price, transport, documentation and acceptance are agreed directly between companies. PIBU LTD is not the seller of a member's material and does not process payments. Each company independently verifies suitability, traceability and compliance before transfer or use.

Moderation and confidentiality

Listings are visible to approved members and administrators. Administrators can close unsuitable listings and suspend membership. Members may manage only their own listings. Do not redistribute another member's documents or contact information outside the agreed business purpose. Contact info@omexya.com to report a concern or request account closure.
